Shipping policy

NEWE ships worldwide through Printify print-on-demand, fulfilled from the production center closest to you.

We ship to almost every country, from New Zealand to Brazil, from Lebanon to Canada. A few destinations are excluded where shipping or payment restrictions apply.

Production time: 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery time after production: USA 3–7 business days · GCC 7–10 business days · International 10–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital downloads (music and artwork) are delivered instantly to your email upon purchase. No shipping applies.

All physical sales are final. Defective, damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost. Contact rana@mynewe.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
