NEWE Return & Refund Policy

All NEWE physical products are print-on-demand items made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ranakays@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Digital products: All digital downloads (music and artwork) are non-refundable once delivered.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they enter production. Contact us immediately at ranakays@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

European Union: EU customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of purchase, provided the item has not yet entered production.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
